During the Cooking workshops you will learn new ways to prepare your meals. You will also discover new healthy foods and super foods, which will change the way you feel and the way you look. Learn how food can be your medicine with our Ayurveda presentations and prepare your sweet, natural (sugar-less) desserts to die-for.

Our Yoga classes, either by the sea or in our amazing Yoga room with sea-views, will tone your body and calm your mind, breathing the freshest Mediterranean air, while purifying your body from within.


Maribel has always been interested in helping others from the point of view of health. She has been working for years as a massage therapist and massage teacher. After a year of living and studying Yoga and Ayurveda in India, she decided to dedicate her life to that. She has travelled to South America, learning about Andean-Amazonian medicinal plants. She is a certified Naturopath, from Barcelona, specilizing in diet and nutrition, Energy Diet therapy based on traditional Chinese medicine. Maribel is convinced that food is one of the major bases of health. Currently she gives talks, workshops and seminars related to health where there is always a good ecological and vegetarian menu.

Maribel is a unique Yoga teacher, having a very soft style, insisting on correct alignment. She dedicates loving time to each student and loves teaching Aereal Yoga and Iyengar style classes, as well, to offer different shades to each class.



Rafel has always loved cooking and some years ago he decided to take that road and delve deep into the world of Food. He studied Energetic Cooking in Barcelona with Montse Bradford School, a pioneer in Spain of this type of cooking.

He also studied in the school of Taste Mallorca Academy, doing a course as a Vegan Chef.

His work is his passion, and together with his partner (of projects and life), organizes caterings in Yoga retreats, courses on different subjects, giving workshops on vegetarian and energetic cooking and also in 5 star hotels, such as Hotel Cal Reiet. He allows his imagination to flow, while creating amazing, healthy and tasty dishes for our guests.
