50% non-refundable deposit upon booking the place with the balance to be paid minimum 1 month before arrival.
In case you do not participate in the retreat you will lose your deposit, because all preparation for your participation would have been done. If you cancel with one month written notice you can use 50% of the deposit for a following retreat.
